Orientation

On the first day at Lloyds International College all students required to attend an orientation session. Orientation sessions run every intake:

  • English Courses – Every Monday at 02.00 pm – Level 1, 499 Kent Street, Sydney. Please download the Orientation flyer for English students here and Orientation guide here.
  • VET Courses – Every Intake (please refer to Academic Calendar) at 11.00 am – Level 2, 499 Kent Street, Sydney. Please download the Orientation flyer for VET students here and Orientation guide here.

Students are also asked to bring their passport, visa information, passport sized photograph, their address in Australia, OSHC proof (if student did not order health cover with us) and for VET student English proficiency evidence.

Important notice for VET students (Certificate II in Workplace Skills, Certificate III in Business, Certificate IV in Business, Certificate IV in Marketing & Communications, Diploma of Marketing and Communication, Diploma of Leadership and Management and Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management):

From 1 January 2015 all students undertaking nationally recognised training delivered by a registered training organisation will need to have a Unique Student Identifier (USI).

Please go to USI website www.usi.gov.au to create your unique number. It is important that you create your USI number before you commence your VET course so you can bring your USI with you on the orientation day (this does not apply to English students).

PLEASE NOTE: If student needs to change the start date please contact admission department prior to the new start date via email on admin@lloydscollege.nsw.edu.au

During orientation students will receive the following information:

· Timetable
· Student Handbook
· Orientation Guide
· Information about College rules, policies and procedures
· Tour around our campuses

Student will also be assigned to the classes during the orientation, so it is very important that all new students attend orientation.
